It will be mostly snowy in most of the country with very low °, Still if u r going. Gudauri is good for skiing, Bakuriani too. Halal easily available in Tbilisi and Batumi. In gudauri there are 2 indian and few arabic food restaurants claiming to be halal.

I only snowboard but retired. Gudauri was decent enough for skiing, facilities so so. Slopes were good for beginners & novice, while gondola rides/chairlifts were ok. Not sure about weather forecast for fresh powdered during ur dates, though
