I used Agoda to book a hotel in Madinah, which was at least 20% cheaper than other websites. We booked the Waqf Outhman Bin Affan Hotel.

Waqf Osman bin Othman is a pretty decent hotel. 10 min walk or less if you walk faster to Haram.

Darrultaiba madina hotel is very good. It’s just in front of rodha gate and all the food access.

We found that Madinah prices are increasing more than Makkah. We stayed last time in the above hotel, and it’s good because you can easily get Desi food in 10 minutes after crossing the road. I think you can also order takeaway from Albaik.

 In fact going to Albaik and standing in the queue was not nice. I hope this delivery system works. It’s bit far away from the ladies' gate though, but now the queue for the Roza starts from this side, so you don’t have to walk too much.
