Asalaam Alaikum,
Does anyone know the criteria/conditions for doing Hajj from Qatar? Is this allowed, and based on what conditions? I think being a resident for 10 years is one, but I am unsure about others.

Yes, there are requirements in place. I think they made it 15 years now for the residency clause.
