Anyone used Pegasus airlines to travel with 2 kids from Uk to middle east and back? How was the experience with the plane and airport in Turkey ? Thanks
They are good, better than most budget airlines. Whichever budget airlines you choose, make sure they don't have a long stop over during the night unless you have a hotel arranged at the stopover. Budget airlines usually have a stop over at small airports, which are either closed during the night or have very limited services available, which can be a real problem if you have kids with you
I was in turkey 2 yrs back... I was told by my siblings who visited now that prices have shot up since then.

For those coming out of Turkey, which one is the nearest airport for Bursa?
Sabiha Gökçen
Kremlin Palace was our all inclusive resort. It was one of the most enjoyable stay for my 7 and 3year old and ofcourse we enjoyed it too:)
we stayed at Adenya resort
it was brilliant stay , they have a dress code as well, no alcohol at premesis, separate pool / beach for ladies
Re Istanbul convo I would recommend staying in Older part of Turkey and either use Uber or Tram to get around.
Sultan-Ahmet is the main area where the touristy stuff is but accommodation is okish and overpriced plus food around the area is not as great compared to the outer part of the area. Seems very commercialised in Sultan-Ahmet
I would suggest staying in the Asian side of İstanbul, saving a bit, and taking the train to the European side should anyone want some adventure. Russians did this all the time.
