In terms of the outdoor temps - November to March is generally considered the coolest and most tolerable. It's worth bearing in mind that if you're doing outdoor swimming/waterparks etc then the cooler months of January and February aren't overly ideal in terms of drying off quickly. Even in the summer months, there is plenty to do indoors.
