Hello, I've booked a hotel on the palm, just wondering, what is the best way to travel around Dubai?
I've thought about using a taxi, or hiring a car out there. Travelling from the UK, what do you recommend?
I've considered the metro, but not sure if it'll be a bit of a trek in places!

Taxis are convenient enough around Dubai, if you are going further afield to Abu Dhabi etc then it may be worth looking into. It's worth considering where and what you will be doing in the area and then balance that against the cost of hiring a car.
