Riad ul Jannah (Rawdah) permits are managed via the Nusuk app. Previously, there was a “once per year” visit restriction; this has reportedly been removed. Some users report GPS-based checks requiring you to be in Madinah near the Prophet’s Mosque to book, while others can still book remotely. Because implementation can change, always check the latest instructions within Nusuk and be prepared to book once you are in Madinah.

I work with Tawaf Global, a UK Hajj and Umrah agency, and we always advise booking the Rawdah slot on Nusuk as early as it opens. Slots are released in batches and go quickly, especially around weekends. Keep checking the app if your preferred time is full, as new slots do appear.
