In Turkey, BiTaksi is a popular local alternative to Uber. In some countries Uber cannot pick up from airports but can drop off. Where Uber is unavailable, travellers often use: InDrive (Pakistan, Egypt, Kazakhstan), Yandex (some Central Asian cities), Bolt (many European countries, including Bosnia), Grab (Southeast Asia, e.g. Malaysia, Philippines), and Uklon (used successfully in Uzbekistan when Yandex did not work). These apps are generally reliable and competitively priced.
