Heading to the Rawdah in Masjid an Nabawi and finding the Nusuk app a bit tricky? You are not alone. Many of our Halal Travel Pal members have faced the same challenge, and we have gathered some practical tips to help you navigate it.
The standard way to pray in the Rawdah is by booking a slot through the Nusuk app under Prophet’s Mosque Services. Slots are released in batches and get taken very quickly. Not everyone manages to secure one on the first attempt, even after multiple tries. That’s the reality many pilgrims face.
There are Nusuk counters inside and around Masjid an Nabawi. Several Halal Travel Pal community members found these counters genuinely helpful for queries, app issues, and guidance. They can’t always guarantee a slot, but if the app is glitching or you are unsure what to do next, it’s worth checking with them instead of struggling alone
If you can’t get a slot right away which happens to a lot of members, try the Instant Track option. Here are a few extra tips.
a.Keep Refreshing: Try at regular intervals. Many people had better luck refreshing every 10 minutes (for example 6:00, 6:10, 6:20, 6:30) or on the hour and half hour. Check the app regularly ,sometimes new slots appear at these times.
b.Stay Close: Being near the Rawdah area can improve your chances. Our members found that being on site and ready made it easier to grab an Instant Track slot.
c.Try at Different Times: Some travelers have more luck around midnight Saudi time or by checking at off peak hours. Also, arriving a bit early (15-20 minutes before your time) can help everything go more smoothly.
We know how important it is to get that chance to pray in the Riyad ul Jannah, and hopefully these tips make the process a little less stressful.
Our Halal Travel Pal community is always here to share real stories and help each other out, because you deserve more than just a highlight reel. You deserve the real story and real solutions.
